BOOMERS v. BUSTERS

On April 23 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., KCALA will host its Leadership Event focusing on motivating the generations in our workplaces.

*If you understood why money doesn’t motivate your associates, wouldn't you find new ways to work with them - and save money in the process? 

*  Boomers have always been motivated by guilt and glory.  Other generations don't understand why.  Can you translate your message to them?

*  "Win One for the Gipper" isn't understood by people under 30.  If you want teamwork, teach them how to play the game.

Invite the leaders of your organization to join you in finding the answers.  Generational differences don't explain everything, but it's a start!

The location is The Loose Mansion, 101 E. Armour Blvd.  If you attended this event last year, the location is the same.  Each KCALA member should invite one or more attorney, manager, or member of your organization's leadership team.  The more the merrier!
